What data we collect and where

We collect personal data through the following channels:

Why we collect it

Brochure download: to send the PDF and relevant follow-up about the workshop.
Waitlist / application: to confirm seat allocation and send program communications.
Registration: to process payment and confirm enrollment.
All three: to send workshop logistics, updates, and post-program resources such as certificates and internship materials.

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described above without obtaining your explicit consent.

Third parties we share data with

Razorpay — payment processing. We do not store card, UPI, or banking data. All payment transactions are governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — our email service provider. Your name and email are stored on Brevo's platform to send transactional and program-related emails. Brevo's data processing is governed by their Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour — pages visited, time on site, referral sources. This data is anonymised and does not personally identify you.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels beyond what Google Analytics sets by default.

Data retention

Brochure and waitlist contacts: retained for 12 months from the date of submission, or until a deletion request is received — whichever is earlier.
Enrolled participants: retained for 3 years for certificate and letter of recommendation (LOR) record-keeping purposes.
Payment records: retained in accordance with Razorpay's data retention policy and applicable GST / tax compliance requirements.

Age policy

This program is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 may apply only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent — a signed consent form will be required before seat confirmation.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Access: you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: you may request that inaccurate data be corrected.
Deletion: you may request that your data be deleted, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.
Opt-out: you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
